On 31st July 2026, the Rotary Club of Colombo and the Rotary Club of Nikeweatiya officially opened newly installed playground equipment at Waduressa Sri Buddharakkitha Vidyālaya, Nikeweatiya – our first installed project of the Rotary Year 2026/27.
Made possible through a long-standing partnership with the Rotary Club of Flemington Kensington (Melbourne, Australia) and other Victorian clubs since 2018. Chief Guest was President Rtn. Azad Mansoor. Special appreciation to PDG Senake Amarasinghe for his dedicated leadership.
